Follow these steps to start using W3A API:
Step 1. Request an authentication key
You need to authenticate every request to W3A API. The authentication is done with an individual API key. You can request the key via this via this form.
Step 2. Make your first request
To make sure that API works as intended, make a test request:
- Go to the W3A API Reference.
- On the right side, paste your API key in the AUTHORIZATION field.
- Click Try It! in the code block.
If everything is ok, the endpoint returns the 200 status code with the analysis data. If something goes wrong, the endpoint returns an error. For example, if the API key is incorrect, you’ll get the 403 error.
